SHIPPING

Where do we ship and how long will it take?

Orders in Australia, we ship out the on the day of the order or the next business day, and in this current climate orders may take 3 to 10 business days to reach you. International orders can take a bit longer and costings of shipping will increase but please bear with us as the wait will be all worth it.

Is your order late?

We will advise you of a tracking number with your purchased order, but please let us know if your order has not arrived after the 10th day from purchase and we will do everything in our power to make sure your order arrives. For any queries, please email us on info@bambooworx.com.au.

RETURNS

  • Hygiene is paramount and we will not accept returns on used underwear. To help guarantee your satisfaction, please use our sizing guide on our website to find your perfect fit, so you can find your natural feel.

  • If our products have been used in ways that purposely damage the product or if you have not followed our cleaning instructions that we have advised (found on our thank you/care card, sent with every order), unfortunately no refund or exchange can be made.

  • If you have purchased one pair of the wrong size, keep your current pair and please contact us and we will happily help and send you out the correct size.

  • If you have purchased more than one pair and the sizing is incorrect, you will have to send back the unopened products to swap over the sizes. You can keep the one you have tried on, but we will also replace that one too. We will refund the shipping

  • If the product is damaged on arrival, we will replace it immediately. The process for damaged goods is as followed below;
    • take a picture and email our friendly team the picture, and we will respond as quick as possible with your options
    • send the damaged goods back, not to worry we will also take care of the mailing fees.
    • whilst all this is happening, we’re working on sending your new pair(s) on the next shipment, after the claim is submitted.

REFUNDS

A refund for the cost of the product(s) will only be made if;

  • our product is faulty (that is after you open your package and you immediately notice something out of place)
    • you have received the wrong item or a description error of the item
    • you cancel your order due to upcoming change to our product or terms and conditions
    • error in pricing (if we charge you more than what is advertised)
    • an error on our end (if we have an out of stock product displayed and you make a purchase)
    • an item is missing from your order (let’s say you order four products and only three arrive, you’re eligible for a refund only for the products that have not arrived)

To be eligible for a refund, you must get in contact with us within 14 days from the day you have received your product. For all issues please contact our team at info@bambooworx.com.au and we will help to resolve any issues.

Once the product has been shipped from our warehouse, any logistical errors falls on the responsibility off the delivery company and we are not obliged to compensate or refund your order. However, if your order is late then please contact our team at info@bambooworx.com.au and we will go above and beyond to help.

SIZING

Womens:

We advise to stick with what size you are (M(III) is a size 10 strictly). You can check our SIZE GUIDE.

Mens:

The sizing is based on Australian/American size guides. You can check our SIZE GUIDE.

CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCT

Bamboo material is quite durable, but of course if you like to keep your product in top shape, please care for them as we advise.

  • Cold or warm wash only (<40 degree celsius)
  • Use gentle detergents or soaps
  • DO NOT tumble dry, line dry only
  • DO NOT Iron
  • DO NOT use bleach or chlorine products to wash to maintain product integrity

Just to give you a piece of mind, we do not track unless you have your tracking allowed.
